Executive Benefits For-Profit Companies

Prevalence and value-based comparisons provide the varying levels of information needed to create competitive benefits offerings including retirement, executive life insurance, disability, long-term care, medical and perquisite. 

Mercer has created a unique database and analytical system, the Executive and Broad-based Employee Retirement Tool (EBeRT), which contains retirement plan information on qualified and nonqualified plans, and defined benefit, defined contribution plans, and voluntary deferral plans for more than 1,100 U.S. for-profit companies. EBeRT is one component of Mercer’s Executive Benefits benchmarking resource. Mercer also conducts an annual End of Year Executive Compensation Survey. This survey extensively covers executive health and welfare benefits and perquisite practices for both publicly traded and privately held companies.
