As President of Mercer Canada, I have the distinct privilege of leading a talented team of more than 1,000 professionals who share an unwavering commitment to helping Canadians achieve healthier, more financially secure and professionally rewarding futures.
In my capacity as Canada Wealth Leader, I am focused on helping clients and their people achieve better financial outcomes. Being entrusted with their financial futures is a responsibility we don’t take lightly.
My path to leadership has included a diverse consulting background, helping clients align their future business and workforce strategies — whether they’re seeking to mitigate pension plan risk, align total rewards programs, or use data analytics to boost engagement and improve HR function efficiency.
I am a strong advocate for gender equality and racial diversity in the workplace and have served as the Executive Sponsor for both the Toronto Women@Mercer chapter and the Canadian Racial & Ethnic Diversity group. Outside of work, I love to give back to my local community by volunteering on several industry boards and advisory groups, including the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and the Catholic Children’s Aid Foundation.
I graduated with High Distinction (summa cum laude) from the University of Toronto where I earned a Bachelor of Science. I am a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
