Partner, Commercial Leader, Mercer Canada
Kevin Hendershot is a Partner and Mercer Canada’s Commercial Leader, responsible for enabling his colleagues to build meaningful relationships with clients, and create bright futures for their employees by delivering the best of Mercer.
Kevin is also a Client Manager in the Regional Market Development Team, supporting organizations within the Greater Toronto Area – a role he has held since joining Mercer in 2017.
Kevin brings 27 years of experience in professional services and enterprise sales. Prior to joining Mercer, Kevin spent 13 years at Microsoft, building and leading high-performing sales teams that delivered products and services to public sector and commercial clients. Previously, he held sales, marketing and human resources roles with Accenture and Allstream.
Kevin is actively involved in his local community through fundraising and volunteer work. At Mercer, he co-chairs the annual United Way fundraising campaign in Toronto. In his free time, he is a proud supporter of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and a volunteer with the Toronto District & Catholic School Boards.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western University and a CHRM from Ryerson University.
