Partner, Mercer Marsh Benefits Leader, Canada
Julie Duchesne is the Mercer Marsh Benefits Leader for Mercer Canada. She leads a team of 270 professionals in the Health business. In recent years, Julie has made a significant contribution to the expansion of the Health business through her vision, consulting services and team leadership.
She has 22 years of consulting experience in Health and Benefits, as well as extensive experience in the design, funding and administration of both traditional and flexible employee benefits plans and post-retirement benefits.
Julie has been a spokesperson in various conferences around innovation and the evolution of the health and wellbeing, including World at Work, Canadian Pension and Benefits Council (CPBI) and The Future of Health Care conference.
Julie holds a Bachelor degree with Honours in actuarial sciences from Concordia University. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
