Career

 

Gordon Frost is a Partner and a member of the Canadian Leadership Team. As Mercer Canada’s Ottawa Office Leader, he leads a team of professionals who strive to understand organizations’ needs and help them build healthier and more sustainable futures for their employees. He also leads Mercer’s Public Sector industry team, which specializes in addressing the unique challenges of governments, crown corporations, universities, municipalities and other public sector organizations.

 

Gordon first joined Mercer in 2000, and prior to taking on his current responsibilities, he successfully led our Career business for eight years, enabling clients to develop, reward and communicate with their workforce for the future. Previously, he spent three years in Mercer’s New York office, and over two years as the Vice President of Global Compensation for a Canadian multi-national organization.

 

Gordon is on the Board of Directors of Project Terra Firma Canada, which employs a private equity approach to investing its business and resources to assist sustainable economic development, social growth and well-being of peoples in developing communities.

 

He holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor degree in Commerce with great distinction from McGill University.
