François has achieved great business success by building high-performing teams and leading by example as a Consultant and Client manager. He has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits. After starting his career in a technical and consulting position focused on health and benefits, he moved into leadership roles that included consulting, outsourcing and business development.
François is a member of the Association de la retraite et des avantages sociaux du Québec (ARASQ) and is the leader of the United Way campaign for Mercer in Montréal.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science at Université Laval. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries.
