Partner, Western Canada Office Leader, Mercer Canada
As Western Canada Office Leader, my goal is to empower colleagues in Western Canada to improve the health, wealth and careers of our clients, colleagues and those in our local communities. This means helping people achieve healthier, more financially secure and professionally rewarding futures.
I bring more than 30 years of experience in consulting, leadership and business development to my role. As a Canadian Leadership Team member, I also oversee all colleagues and service offerings in Western Canada.
In addition to my leadership role, I serve as a retirement consultant, helping organizations manage the people and financial risks associated with their retirement arrangements. I have led many complex retirement consulting assignments, including plan design projects, plan mergers and splits, corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
